Return Policy

Return and Exchange 

1) We reserve the right to accept or reject any returns. Please read the conditions in which returns are accepted.
  
2) Returns are only accepted within 10 days upon delivery of the goods. Please notify us by email before any return of the item. We do not accept any return once this period has expired.

3) To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original undamaged packaging.
       -- Please try the shoes on a carpeted floor to avoid marking the sole. Scratched soles will not be accepted
       -- Try to avoid excessive bending which can lead to creasing of the leather.

4) You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

5) You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

6) The following items are non-refundable:
